Send them back to us — we’ll handle everything for you, and more!
Once we receive your nails, we will:
• Remove any bond residue
• Disinfect them thoroughly
• Restore their shine
• Refine the shape with a finish file
• If crystals in a design were lost, we will replace them free of charge!
After they’re refreshed and ready, we’ll ship them right back to you, and we will include a single-use nails essentials kit for the reapplication of the nail extensions.
